PSAA – GACAR Part 142 Training Center Certificate


PSAA has successfully renewed 3 certifications during the last quarter of 2015:

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has renewed PSAA’s Training Center Certificate on 01 DEC 2015. As per this certificate, PSAA is found to comply in all respects with the requirements of the GACA Regulations relating to the establishment of an Air Agency; PSAA is also empowered to operate an approved Training Center and may conduct training courses with respect to GACA Regulations Part 142.

Additionally, PSAA has successfully undergone the ISO 9001:2008 2nd Surveillance Audit, conducted by Intertek Saudi Arabia Ltd. on 13-14 OCT 2015; PSAA’s Management System was found to be fully effective, satisfying the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
The Lead Auditor Recommendations identified that PSAA Management System is in conformity with the audit criteria and considered it to be effective in assuring that objectives will be met.In its Executive Summary, Intertek Saudi Arabia Ltd. has highlighted PSAA strengths in having well established documentation, good objective and KPI monitoring system, very experienced and competent staff, good knowledge of aviation training business and excellent top management commitment, As a result, PSAA was recommended by the Lead Auditor for continued certification.

Furthermore, European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has conducted a Recurrent Evaluation of B747-400 Level ‘D’ Full Flight Simulator on 28-29 NOV 2015; the evaluation was successful and the Simulator qualification is maintained until the next Recurrent Evaluation.
This exemplifies PSAA’s serious endeavor to maintain its certifications and credibility.
