- Delivers Human Factor training programs by enhancing critical safety performances.
- Places all customers at the highest levels of safety, by continually investing in quality training to increase situational awareness, proficiency and prepare them to react correctly, with timely decision making processes, using effective communication in both routine and unanticipated events, also focus on their soft skill requirements and needs.
- Assists all crew-members to prevent aircraft incidents and accidents from occurring due to human errors.
- Identifies potential existing threats, develop and implement thorough training courses to avoid and mitigate human errors and work towards improving morale and enhancing the safety and efficiency of all operations.
